Catrina Isabelle is a Filipino-American singer-songwriter, producer, and multi-instrumentalist based in Michigan. She’s been singing and writing for as long as she has known, letting her passion for performing and story-telling guide her work. Her most recent projects include Is the Grass Greener?, an EP exploring themes of love and grief, “20," a single that comments on the experiences of entering adulthood, and Dear Society: A Message from the Forgotten, a self-produced visual album that highlights issues and lessons from growing up as an Asian-American child. Before her debut album State of Mind was released in 2019, Catrina had been sharing covers of her favorite artists on YouTube, including the likes of Whitney Houston, Tori Kelly, Ariana Grande, and Beyoncé. While pursuing a Bachelor of Science of Nursing with a Minor in Music at the University of Michigan, Catrina performed in Greenwood, a local Ann Arbor-based band covering Original Pinoy Music (OPM) and other pop-rock hits.
